Karen is a leader in the marketing and communications industry with 20+ years of influential leadership driving innovation and digital transformation for some of the world's most loved brands.  As a pioneer, Karen has led digital disruption and integrated solutions for Heineken, Adobe, Coca-Cola, Citibank, Sony, Anheuser Busch, Revlon, Hilton, P&G, L'Oreal, Pizza Hut, AT&T, Saks Fifth Avenue, Coty, and the United States Olympic Committee to name a few.  She has been instrumental in the growth of the digital marketing industry on behalf of brands on the content and distribution side as EVP Brand Solutions at Studio 71 and at digital creative agencies as SVP Global Group Director at Publicis Groupe's MRY and Publicis Modem, and part of the leadership team at WPP's VML.  At Berlin Cameron, Karen continues her dedication to clients as Managing Director.
